Here When You Need a Helping Hand
Unexpected challenges can happen to anyone. A difficult event can quickly create financial pressures that are hard to manage alone.
The BIG Foundation gives eligible KIG employees an opportunity to request financial assistance during times of hardship. Employees can submit a confidential grant request describing their circumstances and the assistance they are seeking.
Our goal is simple: to support our people when they need it most.

How to Request Assistance
Requesting assistance from the BIG Foundation is simple:
- Complete the Grant Request Form Tell us about your circumstances and provide the information requested in the application.
- Submit Your Request Once complete, submit the form for review.
- Your Request Will Be Reviewed The appropriate BIG Foundation representatives will review your submission and follow up regarding your request or any additional information that may be needed.
- Request a Grant
You will be directed to a Microsoft Forms application to provide the information needed to review your request.
