Arizona Appliance & Home Leadership
Michele Garrett President
Michele is the President of Arizona Appliance & Home, where she has driven growth and market expansion since 2020. With over 25 years of leadership in the home appliance and building products industry, she brings deep expertise in sales, operations, and team development. Her career includes a decade at Whirlpool Corporation, advancing to National Sales Manager and overseeing $100M+ in annual revenue across 30+ U.S. markets. She also held senior roles at Restoration Hardware and Rinnai America, where she developed national builder programs and secured major specifications. Known for building high-performing teams and strategic partnerships, Michele has a proven record of delivering results in competitive markets.
Don's Appliance Leadership
Tim Hillebrand President
Tim Hillebrand is the President of Don’s Appliances, a family-operated retailer serving the Pittsburgh area since 1971. With decades of leadership in the industry, he played a key role in the 2023 acquisition of Don’s by Kodiak Building Partners, noting the partnership would help “accelerate our growth.” He has served on the BrandSource Board of Directors since 2018, holding an Officer role with the national buying group for independent dealers. Tim is also active in the building and design community, serving as past President of the NKBA Pittsburgh Tri-State Chapter and a longtime board member and Life Director of the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh. He continues to strengthen Don’s legacy of service, growth, and industry engagement.

Allen Prough President
Allen Prough is the President of FBS Appliance, where he leads growth and operations across Texas. With more than 25 years in the appliance and builder supply industry, he has managed national accounts, driven revenue growth, and built high-performing teams. He previously held leadership roles with Whirlpool and GE Appliances, earning multiple President’s Club and leadership awards for record-breaking sales and market share gains. Allen is known for his financial discipline, strategic execution, and success in competitive markets. As a trusted partner to builders, manufacturers, and investors, he continues to position FBS Appliance for long-term growth.

Blayne Patrick Co-President
Blayne Patrick is the President of Specialty Appliance, where he has been a leader for more than a decade. He brings over 40 years of industry experience spanning retail, distribution, and manufacturing channels of the appliance sector. Throughout his career, Blayne has focused on building strong teams and creating outstanding customer experiences. His leadership reflects a deep knowledge of the industry and a passion for service. With a commitment to growth and relationships, he continues to strengthen Specialty Appliance’s presence in the market.
John Dadderio Co-President
John Dadderio is the Co-President of Specialty Appliance and brings over 20 years of experience in the appliance industry. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation as an employee-focused leader who prioritizes people as the foundation of success. In his current role, John oversees all operations to ensure Specialty Appliance consistently delivers exceptional service and performance.
